The 42-year-old celebrity ʀᴇᴠᴇᴀʟed the gender and name of her child when she posted a picture of herself wearing a pink baby onesie and the caption “London.” “Grateful for my baby girl,” the heiress captioned the picture.
‘My princess has arrived!!’ Paris wrote in a TikTok comment after first perplexing fans by not announcing if the baby was on the way or had already been delivered.
With her 42-year-old spouse Carter Reum, she has two children. Phoenix, the couple’s kid, was born in January through surrogacy.

Following her Instagram announcement, Paris posted a cute video of her nephew and niece to her TikTok, asking them, “Are you guys excited for your new cousin?”
“You have two babies, right?” they asked.
“I am a mother of two,” she said. She may be seen holding her son in the video.
“Family is everything—priceless moments,” she wrote as the caption for the video.
Although the name of her second child does not sound surprising, the announcement of its arrival has.
In a March 1 live chat episode of her podcast, Hilton ʀᴇᴠᴇᴀʟed that she had chosen the name London more than ten years prior if she were to have a daughter.
I can’t wait for Phoenix to have a baby sister called London in the future. “I’ve always wanted to name my daughter London because it’s my favorite city,” the woman remarked.
In actuality, I had chosen that name a long time ago—probably more than ten years. London has long been my dream city. She said, “I adore that name for my daughter.”
Phoenix wasn’t a simple choice, but the heiress named after the French capital made it obvious that she wanted to carry on the city-naming custom with her children.
