In the midst of her tumultuous divorce from singer Joe Jonas, Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner moved into one of pop sensation Taylor Swift’s New York residences.
The enormous Manhattan apartment is being occupied by the 27-year-old British actress, who made an unexpected acquaintance with 33-year-old Taylor.

The pop-rock trio Jonas Brothers’ third member, Joe, is the reason behind Sophie’s last breakup, and the US chart megastar is reportedly eager to assist Sophie.
Sophie had been lodging at the upscale St Regis Hotel, located south of Central Park, prior to receiving Taylor’s offer.
Joe, 34, and Taylor started dating in 2008. On the Ellen DeGeneres Show, she disclosed that they had a “25-second phone call” that ended their relationship.
But, Sophie was seen dining out with Taylor a few hours after it became public that she and Joe had broken up this month.

In a statement, Joe filed for divorce on September 5th, claiming that everything had been amicable.
However, things quickly became tense, with Sophie’s intention to go to the UK permanently with her two children at the center of the conflict.
In a lawsuit filed in New York last week, the actress—who portrayed Sansa Stark in the fantasy show Game of Thrones—demanded the “immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained” by Joe.
The custody dispute is also being heard by courts in the UK and Florida.
“After numerous conversations with Sophie, Joe initiated divorce proceedings in Florida, as Florida is the appropriate jurisdiction for the case,” the spokesperson of Mr. Jonas stated.
Sophie knew that Joe was planning to make a divorce application.
“The children cannot be relocated by either parent without the permission of the Florida court.
“This order was served to Sophie on September 6, which is more than two weeks ago.”
